Day 1 (Arrive Kathmandu), Day 2 (Fly Kathmandu-Paro drive Thimphu), Day 3 (Thimphu sightseeing/Tango gompa drive Dochu La), Day 4 (Drive Dochu La-Gangtey/Phobjika valley), Day 5 (Drive Gangtey – Trongsa – Bumthang valley), Days 6-9 (Bumthang valley stay), Day 10 (Drive Bumthang – Wangdue), Day 11 (Visit Punakha dzong and Chimi gompa), Day 12 (Drive Wangdue - Dochu La - Thimphu - Paro), Day 13 - 19 (Seven nights/eight days Jumolhari trek), Day 20 (Last day of trek - return Paro), Day 21 (Paro sightseeing), Day 22 Visit Taktsang gompa), Day 23 (Depart Paro - Kathmandu)
Day 1
Arrive Kathmandu
There are several international airlines that fly into Kathmandu including Thai, Gulf, Qatar and Royal Nepal while Jet Airways, Jet Lite and Indian have daily flights from New Delhi. You will need to make your own arrangements to arrive in Kathmandu where you will be met at the airport on the day of your arrival and transferred to our hotel in the capital of Nepal.
