Day 1 (Arrive Kathmandu), Day 2 (Fly Kathmandu-Paro drive Thimphu), Day 3 (Thimphu sightseeing/Tango gompa drive Dochu La), Day 4 (Drive Dochu La-Gangtey/Phobjika valley), Day 5 (Drive Gangtey – Trongsa – Bumthang valley), Days 6-9 (Bumthang valley stay), Day 10 (Drive Bumthang – Wangdue), Day 11 (Visit Punakha dzong and Chimi gompa), Day 12 (Drive Wangdue - Dochu La - Thimphu - Paro), Day 13 - 19 (Seven nights/eight days Jumolhari trek), Day 20 (Last day of trek - return Paro), Day 21 (Paro sightseeing), Day 22 Visit Taktsang gompa), Day 23 (Depart Paro - Kathmandu)

Last day of trek - return Paro

Today we must return once again to that unique version of civilisation that the Bhutanese have managed to create. The comforts of our secluded resort in Paro will be most welcome after our eight days in the wilderness.
