Day 4
Fly Nepalganj – Simikot - start short trek to Dharapuri – 5 kms - 2 hours
The weather gods permitting, we will board our flight to the remote town of Simikot in north-western Nepal. Our Nepali camping crew will be there to greet us as we begin our trek towards Tibet and have our first night of camping at Dharapuri. Our cooks and porters are some of the sweetest people and everyone really appreciates how well they take care of us. Personally I find it to be the ultimate luxury to be camping in these beautiful and isolated spots on the planet and being fed and looked after by them!
